AND I'M BACK

obviously i went AWOL ther for awhile. things got so convoluted in my world the past few weeks. updates..

ON MY CAREER:
started orientation 2 weeks ago. at last. and boy do i have to learn a lot! first week i had to sit down and listen to boring (but neverthe less important) stuff then i "buddied" up with another nurse on the floor. that was informative.

i find it funny when the nurses say "i'm supposed to teach you the proper way of doing things, but eventually you'll pick up some of the bad habits we do". way to start my training. but i decide to protect my hiny and do it textbook style as how i was taught in school - THE PROPER WAY and see where that will lead me.

another hospital called and offered me another job so i took it. so now i am currently working in 2 different places but i have yet to start in Novemeber at the other place.

ON BEING BROKE:
hmm... i love the sound of "ka-ching-ka-ching" that results from my present employment status. but ALAS, it is short-lived coz I'm sure MY CREDITORS will love that sound even better. on the brighter side, I know i will love the sound of the silent phone as opposed to it shrilling q4h everyday as they track and hunt me down. LOL. yeah, they will be pleased. but i wonder, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY INJURED CREDIT HISTORY TO HEAL? hmmm, hopefully sooner than later. i guess thats the price i have to pay - but i know it's all gonna be for the better in the next couple of years or so.

ON BEING A MISYONARYO:
was called to serve again in the CLP. hmm, i don't know how this is going. i know i want to do it but i'm afraid my heart is not into it. i am leading a group right now and because of work, can't really give my 100%. i hope God will not mind. it's not an excuse. NURSING does come with inherent expectations in one's work ethics - and that is to work the hours you've been scheduled to come. even if it's Christmas, new year, or boxing day. just part of the job...

so..

HALLOWEEN IS UP SOON... and we're supposed to wear "funny hats" on the floor. i wonder what my patient's would think if i wear DEVIL's HORNS... or GRIM REAPER's hood or something. hmmm.. dark.
