I was doing a little research about wedding traditions (because, um, i was just curious) when i bumped into this site...

hmm...when i opened the site sirens rang loudly in my head. mental images of MOB's, sleazy white men with asian fetishes, and poor desperate countrywomen seeking greener pastures flashed in my head and i started to feel nauseaous, and sorry for those who would put themselves out there for a chance to get out of the so-called "miserable" life in the homeland.
then i had to stop myself from judging these people. i had to believe in the institution of love and honest marriages that some of these people might have actually felt and experienced through this dating site. i had to believe that some of these men (although they might look old and shrivelled) and these women (who looks so young and naive) have really made some kind of connection that some of them (or us) in the jaded world would never really understand.
but no... i have to be honest. just can't help but feel, umm, somewhat negative as i read through the testimonials. i hope i'm wrong about all these...
