Day 2.
Zumba was a bit better for me. Although why are my legs refusing to move? And my arm range of motion seems so limited? Sigh. I know i know I need patience. I just wish working out is simple.
30 minutes of circuit training on my adductors, abductors, glutes, thigh, and back muscles. Not too too bad. And I'm glad that I don't have to start at the lowest weight as I'm finding it too light.
Now crunches. Friggin had a scare. On my 3rd set targetting my obliques I felt my abs cramp up. Seriously painful I could not get up! Finally after stretching by just lying on my back, the muscles relaxed. Whew. I gotta load up on potassium man.
I'm making good progress. I think.
