Its been a while crocodile... And we are now TTCing!

Its been almost 3 years since i last updated this blog. 

So whats new and exciting?

Been very busy with work. Career. That i lost track of time. The hubsters and i have decided to TTC this year. Like seriously. We've enjoyed each others company ao much these last 3 or more years so we decided why not add more fun in our lives?

So... Needless to say we've tried actively going at it for a couple of years with no results. So this year a friend of mine suggested that we see an RE (reproductive endocrinologist). Did my research, spoke to my family doctor to send my referral to my 2nd choice... A month or so later, last june, i got my call, had our work up done and here we are on our journey. I will talk more about this clinic in another post. 

Fast forward to 2 weeks wednesday ago... on day 3 of cycle, i went to my REs clinic for some bloodwork and ultrasound as advised by my RE some few weeks back. He started me on 5 days of femara. And told me to come back last week Wednesday. He saw two big marbles, one on each ovaries, and told me i'm almost ovulating. He said to come back the next day and friday for the IUI. Gave me a shot of hcg that same day so that i can release my egg(s). 

Talk about being caught off guard. :) and so now we wait fervently and with hopes (not too much to manage my expectations). Another week or so left until we know that something happenned inside of there...
